SceneOverlayRenderingLayer Property

Gets a RenderingLayer that is rendered last. Objects in this layer are not sorted and are rendered in the same order as they are added to the layer. To render objects in this rendering layer always on top of objects from previous rendering layers, set the ClearDepthStencilBufferBeforeRendering to true. This will clear the depth buffer and will render all objects in the OverlayRenderingLayer on top of all previously rendered objects (regardless of their depth compared to previously rendered objects).
