RenderObjectsRenderingStepCustomRenderingLayers Property

When not null, then the RenderingLayers provided by this list are rendered. When the result of the filter function is changed, then you need to call NotifyChange(SceneViewDirtyFlags) and pass ObjectsFilterChanged flag to recreate the command buffer.
