RecreateMesh disposes the existing VertexBuffers and IndexBuffer and recreates the buffers.

Parameters

recreateVertexBuffer  Boolean  (Optional)
when true the vertex buffer is re-created (or updated in case of dynamic vertex buffer)
recreateIndexBuffer  Boolean  (Optional)
when true the index buffer is re.created
updateBounds  Boolean  (Optional)
when true the bounds are re-calculated
