Gets number of times PushConstants were changed in this frame. This value can be incremented by calling ReportOneDrawCall(Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32) or ReportDrawCalls(Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32) methods.
